Two couriers are integrated: Pathao, which books shipments, quotes the delivery charge, tracks and cancels, and PostNord, which books and tracks shipments. From an order, Send to Courier books the parcel, and its status is kept up to date by the courier's webhook and a check every 15 minutes.
The problem it solves
Copying every address into a courier's website, then copying the tracking number back, takes longer than packing the parcel.
