About Autohisab Business (dev)

One app for the whole business.

Autohisab Business (dev) is one app for running a small business. It covers billing and the point of sale, stock, an online store with a page builder, bookings, staff attendance and reports, on one login across every outlet. It is built for groceries, shops, cafés and restaurants, hotels, online stores and creators, and it has a developer platform and an MCP server so AI agents can work in it too.

What is in the app

The parts a small business usually buys separately, on one login and one set of records.

  • Billing and point of sale

Ring up a sale from a searchable catalogue or a camera scan, take part payment, print the receipt and send the kitchen its ticket.

  • Stock

Stock held per outlet, purchase orders, scan code labels, batches and expiry dates, and a warning before a shelf runs out.

  • Online store and page builder

A store on your own domain that sells from the same stock, designed on a real canvas for desktop, tablet and phone.

  • Bookings

A front desk with guest folios, housekeeping and night audit for stays, and service bookings for everyone else.

  • Attendance

Staff clock in, checked by GPS, a registered device, the WiFi network or a biometric punch, depending on your rule.

  • Reports

Every sale, purchase, payment and expense lands in the Day Book, and Profit and Loss runs from revenue to net profit.

  • Developer platform

Build apps for your own business or for the marketplace: a scoped API, embedded screens, storefront blocks and signed webhooks.

  • AI and MCP

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any MCP client, with a confirmation before it writes and an audit log after.

Why it exists

A small business should not need five tools to get through a day: one for the till, one for stock, one for the website, one for bookings and a spreadsheet to add them up.

Every extra tool is another login, another copy of the catalogue and another number that does not match. Autohisab Business (dev) puts them in one place, so the counter, the store and the books agree without anyone copying anything across.

How it is built

The screens you use are one client of the model underneath. People, agents and apps all reach the same records, with the same checks.

  1. One model underneath

The counter, the online store, bookings and the reports read the same catalogue, the same stock and the same orders list. A sale in one place is a sale everywhere, with no syncing between tools.

  2. Agent first

The screens are one way in. An AI agent is another: through the MCP server it can read orders, stock and the catalogue, and every write it makes asks for confirmation and is written to the audit log.

  3. Open to developers

Apps plug in through a scoped API, embedded screens, storefront blocks and signed webhooks, and a marketplace app is reviewed before any merchant sees it.

What we hold to

The rules every screen and every feature is checked against.

  • Simple first, deep when you look The default path is a few clicks with sensible choices. The advanced controls are there when you go looking, never in the way.
  • One set of numbers Every outlet and every channel adds up in one place, so the day closes on one Day Book.
  • Nothing to install It runs in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
  • Your data stays yours Your catalogue, orders and books stay yours to export.
  • Agents ask before they act An agent can do what you can do in the app, with the same checks, and it asks before it changes anything.
