Build any form, then place it on any page

Pick from 24 field types, split long forms into steps, set each field's width and validation, and drop the finished form onto a page in the builder.

In short

The form builder assembles a form from 24 field types, including email, phone, date, file upload, image choice and consent, with validation and widths per field and multiple steps. A published form is placed on any storefront page with the Form element, and submissions can email you and the submitter.

The problem it solves

A contact form that only takes a name and a message means a second round of emails for the dates, the numbers and the photos you actually needed.
