Every response, answered from one screen
Each form keeps its own list of responses. Open one, assign it, reply by email and mark it Replied or Resolved, with an activity log of what was sent.

In short
Each form's Submissions list shows its reference, submitter, status, assignee and time. Opening a submission shows the answers, lets you set its status and assignee, and Reply by Email sends your answer and marks it Replied.
The problem it solves
Form emails pile up in one inbox with no owner and no status, so the same enquiry gets two answers and another gets none.
How it works
4 steps, start to finish
-
1
Open the list
From Forms, open a form's submissions, newest first, 20 to a page.
-
2
Find the one you need
Search by reference, name, email or phone, or filter by New, Open, Replied, Resolved or Spam.
-
3
Reply
Open it, assign it to a teammate, and use Reply by Email; it is marked Replied.
-
4
Close it
Set it to Resolved, or Spam, when it is done.
