Customers and suppliers in one place, with their balances

Everyone you buy from or sell to is a party. Switch on the party types you use, keep their details and terms, and open any party's history of transactions.

In short

Parties holds your customers, suppliers and the other people you deal with, each with contact details, tax number, payment terms, credit limit and opening balance. The list shows each party's balance, and Party History lists every transaction with export to Excel or PDF.

The problem it solves

Customer numbers in a phone, supplier dues in a notebook and staff details in a spreadsheet never add up to one answer about who owes what.
