Bring your team in with an email

Invite one person or paste a list of emails, pick their roles, and each gets an invitation to join. The link lasts seven days, and you can resend or cancel it any time.

In short

Invitations add people to a business by email: you enter one or more addresses, choose their roles and send. Each person gets a link valid for seven days to accept and create an account, and the invite shows as Invitation Pending until they join.

The problem it solves

Sharing one password with the whole team means you cannot tell who did what, and you cannot take access away from the person who left last month.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Invite User

Enter one or more emails, separated by commas, spaces or new lines, with an optional name and message.

  2. 2

    Pick the roles

Choose at least one role, and uncheck any permission you want to withhold from this invitation.

  3. 3

    They accept

The email carries an Accept Invitation & Create Account button; people already signed in see it under Pending Invitations.

  4. 4

    Follow up

Resend resets the seven days; cancel removes an invitation that is no longer needed.
