Every room's cleaning, from check out to ready

Check out creates the turnover task, the night audit adds stayovers, and attendants work their rooms from their phone, even without signal. The desk sees each room move from Dirty to Clean.

In short

Housekeeping tasks appear on the Cleaning board as soon as a stay checks out, and the night audit adds stayover tasks. Attendants use My rooms on their phone to Start, Pause, Resume and mark Done, even offline, and finishing a clean moves the room to Clean.

The problem it solves

The desk asks the housekeeper, the housekeeper asks the attendant, and meanwhile a guest waits in the lobby for a room that was cleaned an hour ago.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    A guest checks out

The room turns Vacant and Dirty, and its turnover task appears on the Cleaning board.

  2. 2

    Attendants take their rooms

My rooms lists each attendant's tasks on their phone.

  3. 3

    Work the task

Start, Pause, Resume and Done, or record Do not disturb or Refused.

  4. 4

    The desk sees it

The finished room becomes Clean and can be offered at check in.
