Every account where money sits, with its balance

Keep the cash drawer, bank accounts and digital wallets as accounts. Sales, payments and expenses post to the account they went through, and every balance change has a history.

In short

Accounts holds your Cash Account, Bank Account and Digital Wallet entries, each with a balance in your business currency. Payments post to the account they used, a balance can be corrected with Modify Balance, and View History shows every change.

The problem it solves

The drawer, the bank and the wallet each tell a different story, and without separate balances nobody can say which one is short.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Add your accounts

Choose Cash Account, Bank Account or Digital Wallet, with the bank name, number or wallet ID.

  2. 2

    Tie one to an outlet

Give each outlet its own cash drawer account if you like.

  3. 3

    Let money flow in

Sales, Payment In and Out and expenses post to the account they used.

  4. 4

    Check the history

View History lists every change, including any Modify Balance correction.
