Every expense with its category and its bill

Record rent, electricity, repairs or tea for the staff as an expense with a category, the items on it and up to ten bill photos. Mark it as paid when you pay it.

In short

Create Expense records who you spent with, the Expense Category, the account, and the expense items with their quantities and prices, with up to ten bill attachments. An expense stays unpaid until you choose Mark as paid, so unpaid bills show in payables.

The problem it solves

Small expenses leak profit because they never reach the books: the plumber paid from the drawer, the gas cylinder, the printer paper. By month end nobody remembers them.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Create the expense

Pick the party, the date, the account and an Expense Category, or add a new one on the spot.

  2. 2

    List the items

Item name, type, quantity and unit price, adding up to the Grand Total.

  3. 3

    Attach the bills

Add up to ten photos or files of the bill.

  4. 4

    Mark as paid

When the bill is paid, mark it paid and the payment is recorded against it.
