Who owes you, whom you owe, and for how long
Receivables lists each customer's unpaid orders with their age. Payables lists what you owe suppliers, aged into 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days. A Party Statement shows one party's whole history.

In short
The Receivables Report shows each party's outstanding and overdue orders, with Collect to take one payment across them. The Payables Report shows what you owe each supplier with an ageing panel and a Pay button. The Party Statement Report shows one party's sales, purchases, payments and current balance.
The problem it solves
