Fingerprint punches straight into attendance

Point a ZKTeco device at your business with ADMS push, map each device user ID to an employee, and every punch becomes a clock in or clock out without anyone typing it.

In short

ZKTeco biometric devices send punches over the ADMS push protocol, identified by serial number. Under Employee Device Mapping you match each device user ID to an employee, and punches that arrived before the mapping are processed as soon as you save it.

The problem it solves

A fingerprint machine that only stores punches on itself means someone copies a spreadsheet off it every month, and the late arrivals are found weeks after they happened.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Add Attendance Device

Choose Biometric Device (ZKTeco, etc.) and enter the brand, model and serial number.

  2. 2

    Turn on ADMS

Enable ADMS or Push mode on the device and enter the server address and port shown.

  3. 3

    Map the user IDs

Match each External ID, the user ID stored on the device, to an employee.

  4. 4

    Punch

The device pushes attendance automatically; each punch of the day alternates between in and out.
